The secrets of wine making

A total of 36 wineries across northern Greece open their
doors almost daily to share the secrets of the age-old art
with visitors. Their locations span four regions, from Epirus
and Thessaly in the west to Thrace in the east.
The wineries, members of the Wine Producers Association
of Northern Greece and the Wine Roads network
(www.wineroads.gr), also welcome winetasters and
connoisseurs by frequently organizing culinary and
cultural events.
Their names and locations are as follows: Mylopotamos on

Sochos; Gerovasiliou in Epanomi, Thessaloniki;
Babatzimopoulos in Ossa, Lagada; Domaine Stergiou,
Kastoria; Dio Fili in Siatista, Kozani; Zande Winery in
